Measure and improve OEE – automatically from your machine data
See per line and shift where availability, performance and quality are lost, and reduce the biggest losses in a targeted way.
Why the OEE figure alone does not help
Many plants want to measure OEE, but the figures come from tally sheets and Excel. They arrive a week late and do not tell you which loss is slowing the line down.
Downtime without a cause
The machine stops and the log has no reason. The biggest causes of loss remain guesswork.
Speed losses stay invisible
Short stops and slow cycles appear on no list, yet often cost more than long breakdowns.
Every line calculates differently
Different formulas and target times make lines and plants impossible to compare.
What you gain with automatic OEE tracking
OEE per line and shift
Availability, performance and quality straight from the controller, without tally sheets.
[Figure with source, once available]Losses by cause
Downtime reasons assigned automatically and completed by the operator with one click.
[Figure with source, once available]Comparable across plants
One definition of target time, cycle time and good part for every line.
[Figure with source, once available]Approach
Your first OEE on one line in four weeks
We start with one line and one question. We agree on the success criteria together in advance.
Step 01
Understand
We analyze your production data together, find untapped potential and define the metrics we use to measure the added value.
Step 02
Implement
Within 4 weeks, we build a proof of value on one line that is ready for use and proves the benefit.
Step 03
Scale
The proof of value is established as a solution and rolled out to the production line or the entire plant.

Frequently asked questions on Machine data collection
Do we need new sensors to measure OEE?
Usually not. Modern controllers provide states and counts, for example via OPC UA. We connect older machines through an edge device.
How long does it take to get the first OEE?
In the Proof of Value, you see the OEE of one line live after four weeks. How to calculate it correctly is explained in “Calculating OEE: formula, example and common mistakes”.
Can OEE be connected to our ERP?
Yes. Orders, target times and good quantities can come from the ERP and be reported back to it.
Who can see the data?
You decide who sees which line. [Where the data is hosted: on premises or EU cloud, decision pending]
