Google Workspace appointment scheduling

For online appointment booking, we embed the appointment scheduler of Google Workspace. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When you book an appointment, your entries (e.g. name, email address, phone number and reason for the appointment) are processed directly on Google servers. A transfer to Google LLC in the USA cannot be ruled out; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and a data processing agreement is in place with Google.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in uncomplicated appointment scheduling).

Contact form

Through the form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, company if applicable and your message. The data is sent to us by email and is not stored in an external database.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR. We delete the data as soon as it is no longer needed to process your request.
